Positive: Very peaceful and beautiful location. Negative: Everything is good

Negative: - plenty of bugs and mosquitoes in the unit and on the beds - very hot and not much air circulation - close to a busy street so very noisy - hand soap and body wash were just diluted unknown solutions (no shampoo or conditioner) - host was not responsive and avoided any responsibilities - no elevator - probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed

Nice spacious flat in lovely area Positive: Location was great, it was a 5 minute walk to Wipkingen station which has supermarkets and nice cafes/restaurants nearby. Flat was clean and spacious, had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was easy to pick up the keys and communication with the host was great. Negative: The only things were that there were hardly any plug sockets in the bedrooms so it was very difficult to charge phones etc. Also the angle of the shower was weird, it was very low down and you couldn't really make it any higher up so my friend, who is over 6 foot tall, did not have the best shower experience!

Property management is only interested in making money and not providing service to customers Positive: Close to train and bus stations. Nice city view from the balcony. Decent beds and good size apartment with a cooktop, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, washer+dryer combo, coffeemaker., TV. Lots of windows and sunlight. Negative: The property manager failed to plan for the guests. If there are four guests staying for four nights, there should be at least 16 coffee pods. There were only six. No sugar or cream provided for coffee. All the kitchen utensils provided but no salt/pepper provided so you can't cook anything. Kitchen faucet leaking water from the base. Kitchen counter and cabinets show obvious signs of years of wear and tear. Shower head was broken and couldn't even take proper showers. The flooring was a total hodgepodge. Entryway had newer laminate and rest of the rooms had old wooden planks that creak When you walk. A couple of spots in the master bedroom were so bad that if you step there the wooden plank depressed badly making you feel like there is a hole under the floor. The apartment is on the second floor by the European way of counting, for Americans it is the third floor. Imagine dragging four 50lb bags three stories high without an elevator! I would rate my four night stay as below average for the amount of money spent.

Excellent stay - will return Positive: Comfortable beds, light and airy, good balcony and seating area. Lots of hot water readily available. Everything was clean and tidy. Negative: Very minor points - not clear what was in the coffee pods, there were two different colours but not sure what coffee was in them.

Very satisfied with the stay and look forward to come again Positive: The property is well located, spacious and comfortable for stay of 4 people. It had fully equipped kitchen with other facility like washing machine, dish washer, coffee making machine etc Negative: Flooring is displaced at few places in the apartment...No elevator in the building and we needed to carry luggage 2 floors

Positive: Localização excelente, próximo do centro e com estação de trem e ônibus próximos do apartamento.

Positive: Muy amplio y bien ubicado. Los dueños súper amables Negative: Olía a humo de tabaco

We had a lovely time in Zurich. Positive: Location and size. Perfect for 2 couples. A lovely host. Carl was excellent. Negative: TV did not work. Host came to fix it but was not able to fix it or provide a replacement. Poor shower. Hat to hold the shower head in one hand and try to wash with the other. Needs updating. No hairdryer and had to ask for one. No cafetière to make coffee with and only a coffee machine with 6 pods.

Positive: Het appartement zelf was goed. Negative: De geluidsoverlast van een drukke weg vlakbij. Gesloten ramen dempen het uitstekend, maar bij open ramen was het lawaaiig.
