Im Sommer leider nicht empfehlenswerte Dachgeschosswohnung (kein AC, keine Rolladen) Positive: Lage ist gut, moderne Ausstattung Negative: Dachwohnung ohne Thermofensterrolladen, keine Verschattung im Schlafzimmer. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Wir hatten bei schönstem Wetter 30 Grad Celsius in der Wohnung tagsüber. Glücklicherweise nachts gute Abkühlung mit Durchzug. Anregungen auf Verbesserung unsererseits (3. Aufenthalt seit Frühjahr) leider bisher von der Hausverwaltung nicht umgesetzt.

Geschmackvolle Loftwohnung in ruhiger Lage Positive: Ruhig, sehr hochwertige geschmackvolle Ausstattung Negative: 5. Stock ohne Aufzug = sportliche Herausforderung Sehr neu, daher noch ein paar Ergänzungen wünschenswert: Verschattungsmöglichkeit Schlafzimmer (Rollos), Thermoschutz Dachflächenfenster im Sommer.
